RK Voice Chat — Platform Policies

RK Voice Chat provides voice, messaging, profiles, community and virtual-item features. Features can differ by account, device and version. These beta terms describe the rules for using the service; they do not claim that existing users have already accepted an agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old. Do not impersonate others, misrepresent your age, share credentials, or help someone evade restrictions. Protect your account and report suspected unauthorized access without sending passwords or sign-in codes.

Threats, harassment, hateful abuse, stalking, doxxing, fraud, spam, non-consensual intimate content, sexual exploitation and unlawful activity are prohibited. Do not manipulate transactions or rankings, bypass security controls, or distribute material you lack permission to share. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited in every feature.

You retain rights in your original content. For content you choose to share, the permission needed to operate the service is non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free, limited to hosting, reproducing, formatting, transmitting and displaying it to provide and protect the features you use, including through service providers. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated advertising use of your identity. Retained copies are subject to the Privacy Policy and deletion instructions.

Other participants can hear or view what you share and may retain copies. Obtain the permissions required before recording or sharing another person’s conversations or media. A direct message does not guarantee confidentiality from its recipient.

Virtual balances, gifts, badges and rankings do not by themselves promise earnings, cash redemption or an investment return. Any enabled paid program must provide its applicable price and conditions. Use authorized channels and contact support about errors. Mandatory consumer and purchase-channel rights remain applicable.

Use Settings → Feedback or info@touchvoice.net to report problems. We may restrict access or remove content to address violations, security concerns or legal obligations. You may ask support to review a decision. Beta features can change or become unavailable. These terms do not waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Material updates will identify their effective date.

DATA DELETION AND ACCOUNT RECOVERY

Email info@touchvoice.net with the subject “RK Voice Chat data deletion request”. Include your display name and Short ID if known. Say whether you want whole-account deletion or deletion of data received through Facebook Login. You may request deletion without signing in to the app or Facebook.

The owner monitors this inbox and verifies account ownership before acting. A public name or Short ID alone is not proof of ownership. Do not send passwords, verification codes, tokens, full payment credentials or identity documents in your initial email.

In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account where available. A request is accepted only when the server returns a receipt. If deletion is unavailable or unconfirmed, email support. Do not assume that a failed request deleted your account.

An accepted recoverable closure has a 30-day recovery window. While closed, that account is blocked from access. Contact support before the displayed recovery deadline if you want the same account restored. Recovery requires verification and eligibility review. It does not restore expired or deleted messages. The recovery deadline is not proof that permanent erasure has completed.

Complete automatic erasure is not available for every beta account. Support must confirm the outcome and any remaining data. A monitored inbox or receipt alone is not proof of erasure. ZEGO states that its free service keeps message history for seven days; this does not establish retention for attachments, logs, backups or copies in other systems. Other participants may retain independent copies.

Removing RK Voice Chat from Facebook’s Apps and Websites revokes that connection but does not itself delete previously received information. Signing out, clearing cache or uninstalling also does not submit a deletion request. Use the email route above.

Share only content you own or have permission to use. Do not distribute infringing audio, images, video or other material. Rights holders can email info@touchvoice.net with the subject “RK Voice Chat copyright report”.

Identify yourself and your relationship to the rights holder, describe the work and the material at issue, provide locating details such as an account, room, link and time, explain the concern, and provide a reply address. Include only necessary information and never account credentials.

The owner monitors these reports. We may request clarification, review identified material and restrict access or remove content where appropriate. If your content is affected, contact the same address with the reference and your explanation. Do not knowingly submit false reports or retaliate against reporters. Repeated infringement may lead to account restrictions.

This is the beta’s general copyright-reporting channel. It does not represent that TouchVoice LLC has registered a DMCA designated agent or established a statutory counter-notice procedure, and it does not limit legal rights or remedies.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

RK Voice Chat is for adults aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 is a child for this policy. Parental permission does not permit underage use. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited in profiles, rooms, messages, media and every other feature.

Do not create, seek, request, distribute or facilitate child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of children, sextortion, trafficking or other sexual exploitation. Do not use gifts, payments, threats or off-platform contact to facilitate abuse.

Email info@touchvoice.net with the subject “RK Voice Chat child safety”, or use Settings → Feedback with a non-explicit description and locating details. Include an account or room reference and approximate time where available. Do not download, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

The owner monitors this inbox. Reports can lead to review, access restrictions or removal, and escalation to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law. This is not an emergency service or a promise of continuous monitoring. Report suspected underage accounts through the same contact. Never retaliate against a good-faith reporter.

These public standards describe the beta’s rules and reporting channels. They do not certify store approval or that all operational safeguards and automated cleanup are complete.
